No. These are fan-made art cards: collectible artworks, not official or tournament-legal Pokémon cards.
What changes between Holo and Standard?
Holo cards have a reflective finish. Standard cards have a non-holographic finish. Each product page tells you which finish is included.
When will my order ship?
Allow 24–48 hours for preparation and dispatch from Italy. Transit time is additional. Shipping services and prices must be confirmed before opening.
How do Gold and Silver Coins work?
Every €35 in cumulative eligible purchases earns 1 Gold Coin, after discounts and excluding shipping. Each new achievement level earns 1 Silver Coin. Use 1 Gold or 5 Silver for a draw, or choose to convert 10 Silver into 1 Gold in My Lab. New customer accounts receive 1 welcome Gold Coin.
When do I see my Mystery Card?
Immediately after you confirm and use 1 Gold Coin in the gashapon machine. The card is reserved in My Lab for your next paid order.
Are premium rewards guaranteed every ten draws?
No. Gold premium odds are 5%, 10% or 15% by collector level. Silver premium odds are 0.1%, 0.2% or 0.3%. Each draw is independent. 10 Gold Coins can also be used to choose one available reward.
Can my reward include an adult card?
Only if you have confirmed you are 18+ and separately opted into adult rewards in your account preferences.
Can I request a personalised card?
Yes. Use the commission form to share your idea. Price, scope and timing are agreed before an order is placed.
