How your draw works
No payment when you draw. Your reward ships with your next paid order.
Gold and Silver draws have different odds, shown above for your collector level.
The capsules and their colours are decorative, independent of your balance and the real draw odds.
Only 7 numbered copies per premium design. When all premium copies are claimed, keep your coins for the next premium set. Random draws pause until a new set is available.

Do Gold or Silver Coins expire?
No expiry currently applies. Save them for a later order.
Can I receive just my free card?
Rewards travel with purchased products. We keep your drawn card reserved until it can join a paid order.
What if my payment fails?
Your reward stays yours and returns to your waiting shelf for another order. It is not drawn again.
Can I get welcome Coins?
Every new customer account receives 1 welcome Gold Coin. Newsletter signup is optional.

What happens to my reward?
A confirmed draw deducts the displayed coins and assigns one available card. It cannot be rerolled for free. Your card is saved in My Binder and included in your cart at €0 for your next paid physical order. Shipping applies; a failed payment does not create another draw.

Each draw is independent. These are pool probabilities, not a promise of a premium after a fixed number of draws.

The server selects the pool and then an available card. The machine pauses if a required pool is unavailable. Capsule colours and counts do not represent real odds.
Saving and exchanging coins
Gold progress counts eligible purchases after discounts, excluding shipping, across orders. Exchange 10 Silver for 1 Gold only when you choose; this cannot be reversed. Neither balance currently expires.
