Shipping from Italy

Italy shipping is €4.90 per order. Products are prepared for dispatch in 24–48 hours; this is preparation time, not a delivery guarantee. Carrier transit time is additional. International destinations and rates will be confirmed before launch.

Cards earned in Mystery Lab

Saved rewards cost €0 and travel with your next paid physical product order. The normal shipping charge applies to the order, not separately to each reward.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, EU consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to notify the shop of withdrawal. Direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are paid by the buyer when disclosed before purchase. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Personalised cards

The withdrawal exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may apply to commissions. The scope and conditions must be disclosed before you place the order. Rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
