What you are buying

Dustbunny Labs offers physical, unofficial fan-made art cards. These are not official Pokémon products or tournament-legal cards. Product pages identify the artwork, finish and quantity included. Digital foil animations illustrate a finish; lighting and physical appearance may differ.

Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in EUR. Italy shipping is €4.90 per order. Dispatch preparation normally takes 24–48 hours; transit time is additional. Final tax treatment, payment methods and supported destinations must be confirmed before sales begin.

Rewards and collector benefits

Gold and Silver balances are account rewards. The Mystery Lab displays the cost, probabilities and availability before a draw is confirmed. Earned cards are reserved at €0 and delivered with a paid physical order. See Mystery Lab rules and Collector Club for current benefits.

Returns and commissions

See Shipping & returns. Custom commissions require an agreed specification and price before work begins. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Before launch

The merchant must complete legal identity, address, VAT information, contact details, payment and order-acceptance rules, tax treatment, complaint handling, and the final reward terms. These draft terms require merchant and professional review.
